  • Custom logo/business orders: additional time may be required

  • Express options may be available for select Ottawa orders

Production time begins after your order details and artwork are confirmed.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Select products may qualify for rush processing. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Ottawa customers may have the option for local pickup on eligible orders.

Available pickup details will be provided after your order is completed.

How do I care for my personalized drinkware?

To help preserve your design:

  • Avoid abrasive sponges

  • Do not soak for extended periods

  • Avoid dishwasher use unless the product specifically states it is dishwasher safe

We currently offer shipping within Canada, with additional shipping options available as we grow.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom products.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can assist.

What if my item arrives damaged or there is an error with my order?
